In today's world, it's rare to witness a woman truly embodied in her authentic power.
We've been shown women with success, titles, influence, and all the boxes society associates with achievement. Many people have come to equate those things with power. Yet genuine power lives much deeper than accomplishments or appearances.
Where is the woman who is truly comfortable in her own skin? Where is the woman who isn't trying to change her body, chase youth, or seek validation through someone else's standard of beauty? Where is the woman who loves herself so fully that she can embrace who she is in this very moment, while continuing to honor and care for the body she has been given?
The truly empowered woman loves herself so deeply that nothing outside of her has the authority to define her. She is rooted in her worth, anchored in her identity, and no longer negotiates her value based on opinions, trends, or expectations.
The truly empowered woman is so deeply in love with herself that she cannot imagine putting anything harmful into her body. She nourishes herself because she recognizes that her body is worthy of care, respect, and nurturing.

The truly empowered woman is so deeply in love with herself that she cannot imagine putting anything harmful into her body. She nourishes herself because she recognizes that her body is worthy of care, respect, and nurturing.
She understands that her body is a beautiful ocean that ebbs and flows with time. She honors every season it moves through, knowing that strength, softness, growth, aging, motherhood, healing, and change are all part of the same sacred experience. She understands that she creates life, and because of that, her body will naturally grow larger or smaller at different stages of her journey. None of those changes diminishes her beauty or her power.
We need to understand that the truly empowered woman has been silenced throughout history. Women have been conditioned to believe they must look a certain way, behave a certain way, and constantly strive for an impossible standard that keeps them disconnected from themselves. A woman who remembers her power becomes difficult to manipulate because she no longer searches outside herself for permission to be enough. If women truly remembered who they are, the world would transform overnight.
Think of the number of businesses that profit from women believing they are broken, aging too quickly, not thin enough, not beautiful enough, or somehow always one purchase away from becoming worthy. Entire industries depend on women forgetting what has always been true.
We're living in what I like to call the rise of the feminine, and it's time to remember who we truly are and what we're truly made of.
That remembrance begins in the simplest of places. Sit with yourself in front of the mirror and tell your reflection, "I love you so much. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I promise to love you fully."
Do that for five minutes a day, for 30 days straight, and witness what begins to rise within you.
May we all remember our power.
