I used to cry in the bathroom at work. Yep. Grown adult.
Fifteen years in corporate, and it had gotten to the point where a grown woman (yes, me!) was hiding in a stall just to keep functioning. My boss made the job unbearable. But if I'm honest, it wasn't just her. It was waking up every day, building someone else's vision with no say in my own life.
…and no say meant no say in anything. I and this “guy” held the same title with the same size team, same responsibilities, etc., and I found out he was earning $10,000 a year more than I. When I approached my boss and asked why, I was told someone else had set his salary. So a woman set mine and a man set his.
Listen, back then (and maybe today it still happens), but 100% I was getting screwed cause I was a woman in a man's dominant position. From that day forward, I said fuck it. I’ll figure it out and make my own damn money.
So I quit. No plan. No business idea. Just one decision: I'm not doing this anymore. And a scarier one underneath it: I have to make this work, because I can't go back, and we have bills to pay. Nobody tells you reinvention starts like that.
The Years Nobody Saw
I didn't know the words "manifestation" or "wealth identity" yet. Those came later, after I'd already lived the proof. I had built a network marketing business from nothing. Just me figuring it out. Over eight years, it grew into a multi-million dollar company. At one point, I was leading a team of 42,000 women. Forty-two thousand.
I got there because I started living in a gratitude, wealth mindset, and what I now call wealth identity: the belief underneath the strategy. The thing that decides whether the strategy even works.
That teaching became the actual engine of the business. I wasn't just running a team. I was rewiring how 42,000 women thought about money, opportunity, and themselves. That's when I knew. Strategy was never the missing piece. Identity was.

I didn't want to build another network marketing empire. I wanted to teach the thing underneath it, which was the manifestation, gratitude, wealth identity stripped down to the actual mechanics, taught straight to women who wanted more.
So I did. For over a decade now, I've taught manifestation and wealth identity to thousands of women. Thousands of results. Women who walked in believing money was something that happened to them, and walked out understanding it's something you become a match for on purpose, with a method, not magic.
That teaching is now the Rich Girl Network™, and it’s a whole global movement generating millions, helping women build a wealth identity before they chase another strategy.
